Sourcing Network Scotland Mastermind was born in 2023 and is hosted by David Smart & Matt Morrison, both very active sourcers and developers in the Scottish Property Scene. Based at different sides of the country David and Matt have worked closely since 2020 and decided to form the group as a means to not only show people how to do sourcing correctly, but in order to get access to more property deals to sell to their own investor clients which is the groups primary focus – doing more deals, together.
David & Matt have been involved in over 250 property deals in Scotland since 2020 from selling £18,500 flats to large-scale commercial to residential conversions they have a fairly broad range of experience. They do not profess to be experts or gurus but are very active in the space and well placed to not only delivery high quality support and training but leaning on their combined mailing list of thousands of buyers – sell property deals with the group’s members on a commission split basis.
